Run klmover pointing to the same name that was generated in the certificate.

Can the host ping dc-v1-ksrv?
Did you telnet to the ksrv host on port 13000?

During installation, your server created its certificate using:

1. Netbios (machine name)
2. FQDN
3. IP

Yeah ping is working and we can telnet through port 13000 , cert is created using FQDN

Certo. Em seguida, execute o comando klmover apontando para o FQDN do certificado. Isso geralmente deve resolver o problema.

klmover -address <fqnd> -ps 13000

Hello,

check if the server name in the klserver.cer is correct. If yes, just copy the file over to the client to folder

"C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1103"

Restart Network Agent Service.

If the name in the certificate do not fit a connection cannot be done. Port 13000 and 14000 (non ssl) have to be open

You can also view the certificate content by the properties of the Administrationserver under General.
If you are using a Proxy to connect KSC then enter the address in the properties of the Administrationserver under the Advanced section.

Best Regards
