Kaspersky won't let me connect to Game Server.

I am subscribed to the Kaspersky Pure Plan for a a year. I tried playing GTA5 Online today and I encountered some problems. The game won't connect me to the Rockstar Server, it always display a message "The Rockgame Game Service is unavailable....". I tried searching up on the internet for a solution for this but couldn't find a fix for it and end up thinking it could be the Kaspersky that I just installed. I tried uninstall Kaspersky and connect to the game and it actually work. To make sure if the problem is caused by Kaspersky, I tried installing Kaspersky again and join the game and it won't let me connect. Overall the problem is caused by Kaspersky and I'm here to find a fix for it. Anyone could help me with this cause I don't wanna uninstall and install my Kaspersky everytime I wanna play GTA5 nor do I wanna uninstall Kaspersky that I just bought completely.

Welcome.

In past i played GTA V also without any problems with KTS. 
BTW KTS is an old product. 

Try install new product which replacing KTS ---> Kaspersky Plus is compatible with your license.

No if you have valid license you can upgrade from KTS to Kapsersky Plus.

Thank you for posting back!

Download Kaspersky Plus from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product, make sure (you) have the Kaspersky Pure Activation code before making the change. 

When Kaspersky Plus is installed, sign into the Kaspersky Plus application with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so the Plus application & the MyKaspersky account synchronise.

Aight but will switching to Kaspersky Plus fix the issue im having with my Game? Have you guys ever met anyone who encountered the same issue as mine?

Thank you for posting back & the question!

Kaspersky Pure is Kaspersky's *old* software, and so is KTS, both have been replaced by Kaspersky Plus, there's no guarantee that the issue will be fixed *but* many similar issues have been fixed by upgrading to Kaspersky Plus, the other option is to contact Kaspersky Customer Service & in the first instance - they will tell you to upgrade to Kaspersky Plus.

Uninsall old and replace it with kaspersky plus.
