Kaspersky Wireguard installed on Keenetic Router, but not presenting a new ip address (Still in Russia)

I have followed the instructions and guides from both Kaspersky and Keenetic (including modifying Firewall / Routing settings on my router) and the internet is still working, but it is not using the VPN connection to access the internet (IP address is still presenting as St Petersburg).

Please advise what additional settings need to be altered, presumably on the router) to make it work.

I have been attempting to add a wireguard vpn to my home router.

Just to add, I have the 'Secure Connection' enabled on my windows computer and macbook air and they work without a problem.  I am having issues activating it on my android phone (but it was fine on my wife's iphone)
