Kaspersky will not let me save file to box

I use the Box application to share files between all my devices, and as of today, Kaspersky is now no longer allowing files to be saved directly to my box folders. 

I can save them on any other local drive and pathway, but not on anything relating to box. I get a virus scan failed error, but I have tested this and as soon as I disable Kaspersky, the issue goes away.  

I have tried to set exclusions for box, but it still continues to produce the same error.  Part of what I do depends on direct saving to box, how can we fix this

Hi, I have the same problem trying to download files to our box.com drive from outlook or browsers.

Tank you in advance i you can help us to configure Kaspersky to allow download this files to box.
