Kaspersky VPN shows limited access despite active Kaspersky Plus subscription

Hello,

I have an active Kaspersky Plus subscription. On the My Kaspersky website, my account shows that Unlimited VPN is included and active.

However, in the Kaspersky VPN app, it still shows limited access and asks me to upgrade to Premium for full access, even though I am logged in with the same Kaspersky account linked to my subscription.

Important: This was working correctly about a month ago. The VPN was unlimited before, and the issue appeared recently without any changes on my side.

I am also only logged into one device, so this is not a device limit issue.

What I’ve already tried:

  • Logged out and logged back into my Kaspersky account

  • Reinstalled the Kaspersky VPN app multiple times

  • Verified that I’m using the correct account with the active subscription

Despite all this, the VPN still does not recognize the unlimited access included with Kaspersky Plus.

Has anyone experienced this issue recently, or can support help synchronize the subscription correctly with the VPN app?

  1. IF *none* of the steps outlined in: How to fix the Free mode issue resolve the issue, please log a request, on the support page, Kaspersky Customer Service, select Email & fill in the template as shown; provide a *detailed-history* please? 
  2. *and* post back the incident request number, prefixed with INC0000?

Thank you for the guidance. I have already tried the steps from the "Free mode issue" article, but the problem still continues. I submitted the support request. Incident number: INC000018029063
