Kaspersky VPN is not working.

I can't connect to the VPN from my iOS phone and Windows 10 computer. It's been broken for a long time, when will it be fixed? Was my money wasted?

Yes, your money is wasted. It's been like this for over a month and there is no fix. I personally reached out to customer service, and they said there is no solution; you have to wait.

Vpn altyapısal bir sorun mevcut çözmeye çalışıyorlar ama henüz net bir açıklama yok en güncel sürümü takip etmemizi istiyorlar, bekleyebilirsin ya da teknik destek kısmından iade talebi oluşturabilirsin
