Kaspersky VPN in ubuntu with OpenVPN does not work

I have downloaded the .ovpn file from https://my.kaspersky.com/VPN and saved the username and password. I can not connect to vpn using this file either from network manager or cli using 'openvpn --config credentials.ovpn' .
