Kaspersky VPN Disney+ not working

I use Kaspersky vpn to watch Disney+ on PC. But unfortunately it is not working currently. While connected with any US Server it is showing a black screen. In chrome debugger I saw The IP address is temporary blocked. Screenshot attached. While using Disney+ app on PC it is showing the error (attached). Could you guys help me to solve the problem.




OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise x64 Build 22000

Hello @JasonR

  1. Have all 20 US remote virtual servers been tested? 
  2. Is patch(a) installed for the VPN? 
  3. Read: Why is it impossible to open a website with Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection enabled?
  4. Contact Support: select either Chat or Email, Connectivity issues, VPN related issues template; support may request logs traces & other data, they will guide you. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
