I have just bought an activation code for Kaspersky VPN and the amount is already paid but I haven't received any email regarding the purchase and I have the order number.

"Your payment has been declined and the order has been canceled."

It still gives me the option to pay on the same order number I will try that.

It happened again, thank you I will contact Kaspersky support now.
