Kaspersky vpn

I just bought the kaspersky premium and premium was included with unlimited vpn but when i open my vpn showing i have 200mb daily limit. How can i solve this

1. Have (you) signed into the VPN app with the same email address that (you've) used to sign into the Kaspersky Premium app & synchronized the VPN with (your) MyKaspersky account?

yes i did because i remove the every connection on kaspersky then open again
