Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool Processing Error

I notice that I get a lot of Processing Error on some files that Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool scans. Are these something to worry about?

It's temporary locked files of Chrome and Edge. It's normal. You can close browsers and scan again.

By the way i told my friends to do that scan but they didn't get this processing errors.
