Kaspersky Tray Icon Red after PC boots (Windows 11)

After upgrading to Windows 11 (Fresh Install from 10) I am seeing this weird issue.
Sometimes when my PC boots the Kaspersky Tray Icon remains red for eternity. It shows Application is Starting when clicked and the main window is green meaning no threats whatsoever. 
Also if the protection is paused and then restarted it goes back to green or if Explorer is restarted it goes back to green.
I have a Windows 10 PC where this issue never happened in 17 years of using Kaspersky. 
Details are below. Windows was last updated previous week. Since I am on a slow wifi it is set to do only monthly updates

Check Protection Modules section, if any disabled.

But still I will check once again when this happens. But tell me if protection components were disabled then how come Window Explorer restart solves it? Is it some faulty tray icon cache issue?

Yes, looks like a small bug in the cache, seems database signatures up to date and all protection modules enabled, and all status notifications are in green.
