hello, so one of my friends keep receiving this error message and his device is not protected anymore, when he sign out and sign in again it goes back to normal, this issue is only happening on his device, how to fix this issue please?

Hello,

we know about the problem. It has already been fixed. To resolve the issue, you need to re-connect the product to Kaspersky portal.
