Kaspersky still safe to use

Kaspersky antivirus has no connection to the war correct.

Windows have also cleaner i cant understand people which have installed optimization software.

I know people that they must reinstalled windows because optimizing sw and cleanenig registry is dangerous combination.

By the way, the use of an AV program (no matter which one) always depends on the trust you have in the manufacturer. If you don't have trust, don't use it.

PS: I would never use 'optimizer' either. They do not deliver what they promise.
