Hello @Yorushika07

Welcome again!

  1. Read before you create a new topic!
  2. IF KAV deleted the object, the computer is safe.
  3. Close all applications & run a Full scan, do not use the computer while it’s running.
  4. Check all browsers, to ensure the only extensions & addons are those you’ve installed.
  5. If the object has been quarantined, use Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal to scan the object and, also, use the Submit to reanalyze, Send object for re-validation option.
  6. IF you think it’s a false positive, log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the Malware, False positive template, zip the .exe file, name the zip archive malware, or infected & protect the zip archive with a password, add the zip archive to the request; add the password to the request; Support may request Logs & or other system data, they will guide you if necessary.
  7. Note, any images & data submitted to the technical team, needs to be in English please:

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in their MyKaspersky account.

➡ Please share the outcome with the Community when it’s available?

Thank you🙏

Well done👏

We’ve updated our initial reply.

Please continue with all steps, including logging a case with Kaspersky Technical Support with the zipped, password protected file.

➡ Please share the advice from the technical team, with the Community, when it’s available?

Hello @Yorushika07

Thank you for posting back!

  1. The Community cannot tell you if the root cause is a False positive, only the Kaspersky Virus Lab/Technical Support can do that.
  2. IF it is a genuine FP, Kaspersky will fix.
  3. IF you wish to know, please follow our earlier instructions.

➡ Please share the advice from the Technical team, with the Community, when it’s available?

Thank you🙏
