Hello, for the past 2,5 years my pc has been freezing randomly. There is no pattern, is completely random.

At this point i've tried everything possible, but the problem still persist. Everytime a freeze occurs event viewer reports as a Kernel event 41 (63).

In some of the freezes the pc froze while Kasper was doing a scan, more specifically the automatic scan (usually for rootiks, etc).

So my question is, does Kasper can really be the culprit here? Is there an option that i could turn it off or change in Kaspersky Standard? Is it conflicting with something in my pc?

If anyone more experienced could lend me hand, much appreciated. My pc does not have any malware of viruses, is completely clean.

Thanks.

Thank you Xzz123, i will probably do that.

Do you have any clues as for the meaning of the Kernel Power Event?

The Kernel-Power error message (ID 41) states that the system restarted without properly shutting down. This can be caused if the system stops responding, crashes or loses power unexpectedly. ☺️
