Kaspersky Standard - 30% GPU Usage too high in Idle

I have been using kaspersky antivirus since 2005, up until this year (2025).
This year i bought kaspersky standard, as there is no longer the AV version available.
Tonight, by chancem i had no idea, i noticed my fans in my PC were a bit loud and i was thinking why.
Then i have noticed a 30% load on my GPU and i see Kaspersky Standard up there and idk why is this happening.
Because with KAV (kaspersky antivirus) all these years it was ok and now with KS (kaspersky standard) i see this load on the GPU.
Actually Kaspersky Standard uses 17-20% and Desktop Window Manager 10%.
What's even more interesting, is that, with the protection off, the usage remains the same 🙂
It is only after i Exit the KS entirely, the GPU load drops to 0-2%, this % is how i know my GPU was on Idle.

GPU - Asus TUF 4080 Super
CPU - Ryzen9 7900
DDR - 32GB

Something is wrong in how the KS is working as opposed to the older KAV.
Now i'm thinking to buy whatever KAV i can find on the market, even tho' i just recently bought a 1y for 5 PC license.

I attached a screenshot to compare KS ON vs KS Exit (program closed entirely.)

@Doctorull This issue occurs for some users of version 21.22. It will be fixed in 21.23 (usually released in the second half of October). A temporary solution is to roll back to 21.21. The employee's comment is here.

@Doctorull The issue has already been fixed in patch B for 21.22, which is distributed to users gradually. To check the availability of this patch, update the databases of version 21.22 and restart your OS. Or wait for 21.23 release - in this version the issue, of course, has also been fixed.

The issue has been returned by the developers in patch A for the version 21.23.🙂 Just kidding, of course. Please attach screenshots and describe in more detail. Perhaps there is some other kind of problem here.

I can confirm that for me the issue seems to be solved, i had an app update on the 16th of November and now i'm at 21.23.6.614, prior to this i had installed back in September the 21.22.7.466 version.
I now have 0-1% GPU usage in Idle and no Kaspersky is consuming GPU.

@Mohamed, i'd suggest reinstalling the app, do a complete uninstall, i remember back in the days Kaspersky had a removal tool of their own, perhaps that does a more in-depth removal then the Uninstall process from appwiz.cpl, idk, look it up and try.
But what i can say from my side, after the update to 21.23 on the 16th of November, the GPU load in Idle is how it should be.
