Kaspersky Security for Windows Server 10.1.2 - Internal program error. Error code: 0x0066 (The task was not found or task management is currently unavailable). Subsystem code: 0x5 [MOVED]

Hello , 

Every hour i become the following error in the System Audit Protocol in Kaspersky Security for Windows Server 10.1.2 : 

Internal program error. Error code: 0x0066 (The task was not found or task management is currently unavailable). Subsystem code: 0x5 (BL). For additional information, visit the Kaspersky Lab Technical Support page: https://click.kaspersky.com/?hl=en-US&link=error&pid=wsee&version=10.1.0.0&error=B5X102X.

ProductError occured at bl \ taskmanager.cpp (1477). Subsystem: 0x5. Code: 0x66.

 

In the Windows Event Log i see the following Error : 

Internal error.

  Component code: 5.
  Error code: 102.
  Technical Support website: http://support.kaspersky.com/error_prod?key=B5X102X

 

What can be the reason for this behaviour ?

Hello,

The reason for this event is that you have configured your KSC policy to start some component that is not installed in the KSWS that reports this error. So in order to avoid this event you should either install this component into KSWS or turn it off in the policy.

Also, we’re planning to rework this scenario in the nearest KSWS 10.1.2 patch (Core 4) and this error event should go away in all scenarios. So you also have the option to wait for this patch (contact the Support to request it when it’s ready).

Why is it an so big Problem for kaspersky that only the Options are enabled which was integrated in the License . 

We use the “Kaspersky Security for Business - Select European Edition” 

The second worst thing is that Kaspersky dont give an hint which Option is enabled in the GPO that was not Licensed . 

 

How can i find out which Option this Error gernerated ?

I think it is better to decide for yourself wich module  you want to install or to use in the future.
