Kaspersky Security endpoint 11.2 error with Allplan

Hello, after i upgrade Kaspersky Security endpoint for Windows from 11.1.126 to 11.2 the Allplan Nemetschek program does error on open project file.

Any idea? I try to esclude network path and program path, but nothing i get the same error.

Disabling Kaspersky work correctly.

Hey,

What does the Kaspersky event says about the error when you try to open it. Try checking the events in local device or KSC.

I suspect Host Intrusion Protection is triggered, if that is the case then add that program as trusted in HIP option in the policy.

Yes! it’s the host intrusion protection...add an exclusion and now works! Thank @raviparker
