Kaspersky Security Cloud Free - Nothing happens when I enter email

Hi all

I just installed Kaspersky Security Cloud Free (file: ks4.021.3.10.391en_25100) and when I am asked to input my email, nothing happens after clicking on continue? 

I tried again after rebooting and still nothing. I attached the screenshot of the issue at hand. Please help!
