Kaspersky security centre 11.0.0.1131 shows realtime protection status stopped

Hi,

2 weeks before we have downloaded kaspersky endpoint security 11.6 in our kaspersky security centre 11 server and installed management plugin for 11.6 . It has replaced the existing plugin for kaspersky endpoint security 11.1.0.15919 since its upgraded i could not update policy in my client machines which is having kaspersky enpoint security 11.1.0.15919. Then day by day my clients realtime protection status shows “stopped” status in security centre but when i checked in the client its running fine there…

Please help us to resolve this issue as early as possible

Upgrading the plug-in will not cause the protection to be stopped so, there must be something else causing problems.

Please check if the computers have a commercial license applied or if you see any errors on the computer’s events.

If the issue persists I would recommend opening a support case at companyaccount.kaspersky.com.

Thank you for the reply I am getting this error and its repeating everyday, I will try to create company account as well..

“Unexpectedly lost connection with the product connector 'KES 11.0.0.0'. Restarting the connector”
