Kaspersky Security Center - Website popup certificate chose is blocked

Hi,

We have Kaspersky Security Center and one of our workstations fails to access the bank's website because the certificate popup is blocked.

Made tests with others browsers and have the same problem. When disable the realtime protection on workstation, its works fine and the popup appear correctly.

We try this procedures:

Procedure 1 -Add the site address 

Policies Properties -> Sections -> Essencial Threat Protection -> Settings -> Trusted web addresses (on attachemnt image 1).

This not solve the problem.

Procedure 2 -Add the site address

Policies Properties -> Sections -> General Settings -> Network Settings -> Encrypted connections scan -> Trusted addresses  (on attachment image 2).

Not solve the problem.

 

Someone have any idea?

please try solution of following link even the topic is not the same

 

In short you add the browser to trusted applications but specify IPAddress and Port of your banking site with option "Do not scan network traffic".
 

If this will not work open a ticket with technical support
