Kaspersky security center Vulnerability fixing issue

Dear all. we are unable to fix Java vulanarabilities on three computers. Yesterday we run java updates on computers but even after restart none of the java update installed on computers. This is so urgent. please help us to solve this problem. but the interesting part is that some computers were able to get updates. any suggestions? please see attachment. those three computer state were not changed for 48 hours.
