Kaspersky Security Center reports Deliver reports tasked Failed to create diagram file. [moved]

I see the following error when running Deliver reports task on the administration server.

Failed to create diagram file

I have tried to create the file in all formats availabled PDF, Excel and HTML but nothing works. 

This is the message I received from the delivered email report

Event "Task "Deliver reports" completed with error" occurred on device Administration Server <XXXXXXXXXX> in Windows domain VOYAGEUR on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 2:51:40 PM (GMT-05:00)

Failed to create diagram file.
