Kaspersky security center: KES update database failed

Hello,

today i tried to update the database from my KES application package, but, i receive an internal error:

I stopped the task, and changed the schedule config to "manually" but it do not work.

 

After that, i deleted the task, but it don't work too.

How i can solve it? Thanks!

 

KSC Version: 14.0.0.10902

DB version: MariaDB 10.3.36
