Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console | Master-Slave configuration | On Premises KSCs

Hi,

Has anyone encountered this scenario before?

I am trying to manage the on prem KSCs through KSCCC by means of master-slave hierarchy. Following the below article,

I can add the slave server but few steps are not showing up, for instance "Specifying the authentication settings and adding the secondary Administration Server to the hierarchy". Prior to getting to this step, our slave server is added but it doesn't actually get connected hence we face the below error:

"Failed to connect to the secondary Administration Server. Please wait a few minutes until the settings are applied or check the hierarchy settings on the secondary Administration Server and try again"
