Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console freezes and very slow

Dear Community 

We are experiencing tremendous slowness while logging into the KSC CC (ksc.kaspersky.com)  dashboard despite not having any maintenance period in KSC CC, although having strong internet, sometimes we have to login using incognito mode, standard browser mode does not work/takes a long time to login, and specific tabs load very slowly, such as entering into the keswin policy , tasks or any other tabs.

Below Issues are facing in KSC CC. 

  • Syncing with workstations takes too much time.
  • Cloud Console is incredibly slow to load policies and task tabs.
  • Creating a new console workspace with a new account takes nearly 10-15 minutes to setup and load.

Are you experiencing these troubles as well, or am I the only one? I am quite frustrated with the situation and am unsure how to resolve these cloud console concerns.
