Good Day!

I’d like to confirm if Kaspersky endpoint advance or Select license is compatible with Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console client has 5,500 existing licenses and they want to use this KSC cloud console instead of putting a physical server on their network to be use as KSC Server.

Yes, it is compatible (At the moment, Select license only).

In fact it is developed for clients with more than 300 licenses.

Right now you cannot use KS4WS with Cloud Solution. 
That should come with the advanced support this year.

The limitations of the cloud solution currently are:

• Only Select license and funktionality
• You can only manage/use KES Win, KES MAC and KS4Mobile (Android)  https://support.kaspersky.com/kescloud#requirements 

Advanced license support and functionality, as well as KS4WS support should come this year.

If you have Select and you want to manage KS4WS:  
You can configure a hierarchical hybrid structure (Cloud/On-Prem, cloud has to be master).
