Kaspersky Security Center Alert - Virus scan has not been performed in a long time after the scan complete

Good afternoon,

We have a problem in a Kasperky Security Center 12 (version: 12.0.0.7734), all devices show de status "Virus scan has not been performed in a long time", even after running several successful scan jobs.

Someone have a same problem?

We need same help.

Good day

You have a very old version of the product (I assume that the KES client security solution too), which has ceased to be fully supported since April 1, 2023

I think that your problems started around this time, this can probably be either a bug in the program or a limitation not supported version.

I would recommend that you update your products to the latest versions...

both the KSC itself and the solutions installed on your user devices.

and don't forget to update the KES app on users' devices too.

since signature bases for products that have gone out of support are definitely not released.

currently the latest version for production reads is KES 12.1
