kaspersky security center agent installation

Hello,

After Installing a brand-new Kaspersky security center (14) server,

I'm trying for several hours to install Kaspersky Agent on a computer wich I see in on the network.

I've created a deployment task and I when I launch it manually the server indicates that it download the installer on the client, but the task stops and fails.

I've deleted both task and agent and recreated it with the same result.

Hi Alexandre,

I would recommend to seperate the Tasks for deploy Network Agent and KES that is a bit easier and give you some options in the Deployment Tasks.

For Network Agent I would recommend to set a User Account with Administrative Previliges and use the Option with OS Resources and Security Center. If the Deployment with this Option was successful you can use the Option with using Network Agent and no Account in the Task for deploy KES. If you have seperate Tasks you can also easy see what installation failed.
