Kaspersky Security Center 14 - Some devices fail update task

Hi,

We have the Kaspersky Security Center 14.2.0.26967 and this week we the the update databases task and some devices fail the update with the information cancelled by the user. We make very tries and on devices the users dont cancel any operation.

We need your help, i search for this topic, but i dont have any results.

Send in attachment a image settings of the device with is problem.
