Getting this error from all agents. I am running Kaspersky Security Center 13.1

 

Attempting to connect to Administration Server...Failed to establish connection
with the remote device (location: 'http://kasserver14000'): connection has failed.
 

All ports are open but looks like the admin server is not listening on 14000.

What can I do?

Hi,

Ports 13000 and 14000 are required to be opened in order to the Network agents to communicate to KSC server. Also, please confirm that your devices are on the same network as KSC server. See more information provided here:
