Kaspersky Security Center 12 Administration Server "kladminserver" keeps Stopping

Failed to start service "kladminserver". #1192 Administration Server data is inconsistent. You must uninstall Administration Server, install it again, and go through the restoring process by using the klbackup utility.

 

The Service keeps freezing my DC and after a force shutdown/reboot, i get the above error.  I reinstall KSC and the problem still persist. Please Help resolve.
