I have a question related to updating Kaspersky Security Center.

I already have an active KESB license, when I update the KSC 11 version will that require a new activation code?

Hi Sunny no need you can still use your existing license since your entitled to upgrade for the any latest version that being release.

I see, again every customer is entitled for upgrade sorry but I can’t provide any document since it’s totally legal and were doing the upgrade to our customers as well if they want to or if there’s incompatibility issues with the old version.

Hi,

 

Renewal Activation Code taking longer time to deploy and activate the Managed Devices , what is it may cause its taking long time.

My Case 

Kaspersky Security Center 12 Administration Server

Windows 10 Clients kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 11.5.0.590

 

Client Machines taking Long Time Nearly 4 Days
