KAspersky security center 11 not shows who handle the devise currently

Dear all 

 

i use kaspersky security center(unfortunately. I will change this antivirus to other product due to lack of their technical support)anyway. 

is there any one who knows that why kaspersky security center wont show a users who currently handle the device. for instance when i enter the properties of xxx computer and look at System Info->Sessions, nothink shown there.

Administration Server retrieves data of the accounts of those users when polling the organization's network. Could you please confirm that you do have network polling enabled?

Hi

Yes it is enabled but except Active Directory. Domains and IP ranges are enabled
