Kaspersky Security Center 10 data Backup and restore

Dear All, i would like to get your help now. we have install SQL AlwaysOn to store Kaspersky server database and we want to backup exsting Kaspersky database and restore it to SQL Always-on. when we restoring database of kaspersky to sql Alwayson we face the error " Database server returned an error while backing up to folder \\serverIP\\kas backup\klbackup. Make sure database server has adequate write access to specified fonder. error received from database server : error code 1966, error message: 'cannot connect the DB server". anyone have experience on this issued? please kindly help me? \\Moderator: Moved to the correct forum.

Hi, Please run klbackup utility manually to KSC DB and inform us about result.

I have the same issue - and yes I have try manuel klbackup utility with no problem. But if I run a task for Administratrion server then it came with this error. How can we fix this?

I had to give “Everyone” Full access to the Backup folder to get the Backup to run.
