Kaspersky Safe Kids - Bypassing

Hi, I would like to report that it is so easy to bypass Kaspersky on my kid's Redmi Note 8 Pro.

 

I have attached a video for you to take a look. Just by clearing off all the programs and somehow, Kaspersky will be turned off for a good 7 to 8 mins or sometimes longer and my kid is able to access all the apps in the phone.

 

Can something be done as this is rendering the software useless. The link to the video is below.

My kids phone details:

 

Phone : Redmi Note 8 Pro

MIUI version : MIUI Global 12.5.1, 12.5.1.0 (RGGMIXM)

Hi, my KSK is premium version.

 

As for installation, I followed the installation instructions and also locked the KSK when it asked me to when I install.

If you followed Install Kaspersky Safe Kids & How to configure automatic restart on HUAWEI devices & XIAOMI devices documentation, log a request with Kaspersky Technical Support - select Application malfunction, Other template, Support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you:

• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
