Kaspersky Safe Kids 2 minutes problem

As much as I managed to block the constant use of unknown programs and browsers, when you install a new one it works for 2 minutes. I would like to change that. I want it banned from the start. Some browsers may bypass Safe Kids and 2 minutes is more than enough to access and download unwanted content. Is it possible to resolve this?

Welcome!

1. IF (you/your child) are located in the US, please read: Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States, Kaspersky Safe Kids. 
2. In (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK tab, Application monitoring, select Change -> Settings for application categories, change Browsers to Forbidden, select OK to apply the change - refer first & second image below.
3. In (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK tab, Application monitoring, select Specific settings for applications regardless of their category, search for Chrome & change to Allowed, select Save to apply the change - refer third image below. *The end result should be only Chrome is Allowed, all other browsers are Forbidden*
4. *Also* (your) child should not have access to Settings -> it should be Forbidden & OR (your) child should not have access to any profile with administrative authority. 
5. To manage the blocking of programs you'll need to provide more information, including examples of what is not being blocked or is only being blocked for two minutes please?
