Kaspersky safe kid stopped running accidently

Hi,

I Installed Kaspersky safe kid months ago but it accidently stopped running twice with unknown reasons. I clicked on the shortcut of KSK, it is not responding, nothing happen:

1/ Windows info: attachment

2/ KSK version: 1.0.5.1360

 

Please help me to find the root cause.

1. Confirm KSK system requirements
2. Uninstall Kaspersky Safe Kids (KSK), follow the documentation carefully.
3. Download & clean install KSK follow the documentation carefully.

• If KSK is a subscription license, please raise a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the template as in our image, include a GSI & Windows Logs,, provide as much detail as possible, if you have images that may help, include those, include the URL for this Community topic, Kaspersky may request Traces, they will guide you if necessary

 

• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in their MyKaspersky account.
• Please share the outcome with the Community when it’s available? 
• If KSK is the free version please let us know?
