Kaspersky Rescue Virus Scanning tool

I Download the NEWEST Kaspersky Rescue Disk Yesterday burned it to a CD in my external CD Drive for my Laptop. The Problem is when i let it load all the files and go into Rescue Mode the anti Virus scanning Tool is stuck At "initializing" 75% i dont know. my PC is NOT Infected but i just want the ant virus scanning tool to initialize 100% i wait 30 Minutes its stuck. theres nothing wrong with my HP) OMEN 15 Gaming Laptop.
