Kaspersky Rescue Tool doesn't initialize

Hi, I'm having problems opening the Rescue Tool on the disk.

Attached are screenshots of my problem.

 

I have an Asus FX505GT laptop.

CPU: Intel I5-9300H
GPU 0: Intel UHD Graphics 630
GPU 1: Geforce GTX 1650 (Mobile)
RAM: 16 GB
Disk: HP SSD EX900 1TB

I have the same problem- cannot actually use the tool!

I have the trace files and hardware info file; where can I send them? Apparently I can't attach them to this post ....
