my bootable flash drive is fine, I have no problem booting and getting into the tool the problem is that I cannot update the database I tried everything.

I don't use WIFI my PC is connected by cable and I read that is supposed to detect my network automatically.

Please, collect hardware info as described here. And provide screenshot with update bases error.
