Kaspersky rescue Disk, created on a USB stick, boots on Windows 11 but doesn't go beyond its initial banner page showing the English word top left.

I created a USB boot device by following Kaspersky's instructions, and using Rufus as per the link below:

No errors were reported in its making.  Using F12, when booting the Windows 11 Desktop, the USB boots up but does not go beyond its first banner page (see attached).

I also attach a copy of the folders/files on my USB stick.

Please advise me on what to do next.

This does work OK.  I was expecting the mouse to work straight away but now I have learnt that I have to use the 'Return' key to accept the 'English' language and other initial requests until the mouse functions.
