Hi, when I start Kaspersky Rescue Disk and select GRAPICH MODE I get a totally black screen. I can't scan, much less the other functions don't work, always a black screen as I continue. I can only scan from Windows. Depends on what?

Hi, I have the following problem:
I can't run Kaspersky Reskue Disk 18.
1: I press on English -> Kaspersky Rescue Disk Graphic Mode -> Black Screen
2: I press on English -> Kaspersky Rescue Disk Limited Graphic Mode -> Black Screen
3: English -> Hardware Info -> Black Screen
4: Reboot -> Restart PC
5: Shutdown -> PC shutdown
Why can't I scan? Depends on what?
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB
System type: 64-bit operating system, Windows 11 Enterprise,  x64-based processor

Hello.

It seems your video card is not supported. Please tell us your video card model.

You can try temporarily change boot mode in BIOS from UEFI to Legacy. After KRD using you must back to UEFI mode.
