Kaspersky regional purchase question

I share a Kaspersky standard purchase with 2 other people and I've moved to another country. I haven't changed my region in My Kaspersky. Can I buy Kaspersky Plus here and still share it with the other two?

I believe so, and there are no problems as long as the other country does not have Kaspersky blocked in that country.
