Hi, I'm using Kaspersky Standard, I believe in this week there is new update from Kaspersky that prevents me to load the resume in Jobstreet.com/Seek.com

2 weeks ago everything was fine and can be loaded normally

But now it says, "cannot load page, please retry" as picture seen below

I can only use Jobstreet/Seek.com if I totally disable Kaspersky for a while, which I didn't like to do everytime I need to use these website.

Any idea to get past this issue? Thanks!

I can't reproduce your issue 🤔 , can you please post a screenshot from the detection in your Kaspersky reports ?

Also, VirusTotal report is showing 96/96 clean

This screenshot is not a Kaspersky  warning ?

Also, are Anti-Banner and/or Privacy Browsing modules enabled?

Hi Berny,

If I see your screenshot I believe you are scanning whether I can access the website or not..

Yes I can access the website, but when I go to Home -> Applicants -> It won't load the applicants as usual, I'm thinking was it because Kaspersky trying to scan the Applicant data and failed to do so?

If I disable the Kaspersky, it will load all the applicants data normally.

Hi Harlan,

Yes, I didn't install those, I believe the source of problem is Kaspersky has some "sonar scan" of what data being loaded into my PC. And since it cannot identify the data, it chose to block them. I can access the website, but not the applicants data, unless I disable Kaspersky.

Thanks for both of you.

@Berny Here's the link Berny: https://id.employer.seek.com/candidates?jobid=80102328

I can access up until https://id.employer.seek.com/candidates just fine, but when I select the job (which will load the applicants), the applicants won't show up

@harlan4096 I didn't even install the extension, should I still do it?

No need to install the browser extension, it's in K. Settings -> Security Settings -> Safe Surging.

@harlan4096 I just did it like you said, added seek.co.id and jobstreet.co.id and even the specific job ads above, it still doesn't load

Try with masks: *authenticate.seek.com* *seek.co.id* *jobstreet.co.id*

@harlan4096 Tried just now, even added the .com alternative with * * and still doesn't work

Hum... ok let's try the last bullet: try to add those exclusions masks, but in NetWork Settings -> Scan Encrypted Connections -> Trusted addresses

@harlan4096Your last ditch effort do the trick, man. As I guessed in the beginning, the sonar/scan thing in Kaspersky blocks the data/API/whatever format it can't read and since we exclude the sonar/scan thing it loads just perfectly!

Thanks for making my night easier @harlan4096
