Kaspersky Premiun cell phone version 11.107.4.10932 bug?

Good morning, today there was an update to Kaspersky Premiun on my cell phone (version 11.107.4.10932) however, after the update there was a strange surprise, his Smart Home Monitor started to point out that there were two new devices connected, namely a router and another was an Android cell phone, but when I saw the IP, it was not the same IP as mine, which was “10.227.126”. I found it strange and went to check on my Kaspersky on the computer and these two devices didn't appear there, so I downloaded SoftPerfect Wifi Guard (for the computer) and Fing (for the cell phone) and the said routers and the cell phone were also missing. Could it be an update error? I was hacked?

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Sounds weird, for Windows I also use this one: Wireless Network Watcher v2.40

The strangest thing is that it only appears on the cell phone, in the computer version 21.15.8.493 of Kaspersky Premiun that I use, these “devices” do not appear, the strangest thing is that two more new ones appeared connected and again, in the programs already mentioned it does not show any of them, a My friend said it could be something linked to VPM tunneling, which would be using my IP, but we don't know. I uninstalled and installed it and it still does the same thing and now, it even starts giving me a warning that the application has stopped working. I have already completely scanned all my devices and no malware was detected.

I have this exact same issue since late november on my android phone that has kaspersky on it, it must be a bug from the latest update.

If You continue with the issue, contact the K. Support

Good morning

I have already contacted you and they really recognized it as a bug, in the google play store of Brazil several complaints about this same error, just look at the comments and see how many people put it as "useful information"

The same happened to me, and I think with dozens of others, some of them contacted the providers thinking that the networks had been hacked (to a report of this in the Google Play store Brazil Kaspersky: VPN & Security – Apps no Google Play ), I uninstalled it several times and sent a communication to support that actually confirmed that it was a bug and that they needed data. So I recommend that you contact support so they can send you the guidelines for you to help

Figuring out a way to "soften" the situation, these are just steps:

1) Clear the history of devices connected to the network on the Smart home and set it to not show;

2) After doing that, turn on the VPN and choose a country (I chose France) and go there and re-enable the Smart Home;

3) After the devices connected to the network and some 'ghosts' appear, turn off the VPN and the unknown IPs will after a few minutes, appear as "recently connected" (i.e. they are now disconnected) and the really connected devices will appear normally.

However, after a second update that happened in December, this method that is a palliative lasts a few hours and then the bug returns, in addition, the app started to crash out of nowhere, not updating automatically or doing the daily scan, the "clock" crashes the day before and the battery consumption is high.  I hope they fix it soon
