Hi,

 

I would like to ask the solution on why my kaspersky is failing to update its database?

No matter what i do and how many times i click the update button, still it won't update.

This is so frustrating.

I hope somebody in the group or specially from the management will help me resolve this issue the soonest.

Update: problem solved

 

Hi just ignore this post.

I was able to update my kasperky by turning on the kaspersky VPN.

Damn, after how many weeks how did I not think of that.

My Database is extremely out of date.  I continue to click the update button, but it does not update the database.  I have had this account for many years.  I cannot even talk with anyone to fix this problem.  At this point I very disappointed in contacting anyone with Kaspersky.  I am looking at using another application and not renewing Kaspersky if I am unable to resolve or contact anyone with this company.  HELP!
