Good Evening.

I purchased Kaspersky Premium this evening. I however couldn't activate and install it due to the reason stated in the title.

Any information/help regarding that will be highly appreciated.

Same issue and i emailed them 26Nov till now no one response

I just talk to them by phone and they tell me wait 24H to activate it ...

Majid. Kaspersky Premium have 24HR love support. You can contact them and they'll be of help. I didn't have to wait for 24 hours. It worked instantly.
