This has been happening sporadically from time to time, but many times the explorer just crashes when I try to display the contextual menu (secondary button on a file/folder).
Tracking the error I managed to track it back to Kaspersky. I deactivated the Kaspersky in the contextual menu using the method described previously and that solved the problem, but obviously is not ideal. Is there any other solution?
The problem does not happen every time, but has been happening for around 2 weeks.
Kaspersky version: Kaspersky Premium 21.19.7.527 (b)
Windows version: Windows 10 Education 22H2 (SO compilation: 19045.5247)
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0

I´ve already looked for updates both in windows and Kaspersky and everything is up to date

Should I try to reinstall the product then? (that´s more or less what I did, shut down the registry item)

In the end, a reinstall did not help. I shot shown the registry item for Kaspersky not to show in the context menu... not a good solve, but the only I got at the moment
